Two years ago when this home was purchased by the current owners this kitchen was barely a kitchen.  Two lower cabinets gave barely enough room for a microwave and a stove and old cast iron sink is all that was in this room.  The current owners gutted to the studs and spent a lot of money redoing insulation, wiring, flooring, beautiful Canyon Creek cabinets and solid surface quartz with a bar seating area.  What a difference.  There is a nook which current owners use as desk space.  More cabinets could be added by new owners, or even a pantry if desired.

1st Floor Living Area

 Living room has plenty of room for a huge couch and large tv.  Dining room and living room open to each other making entertaining easy.

 Double living room, this half currently used as an office area.

 First floor bedroom with two closets.  Currently a workout room with space for guests.

A spacious landing greets you at the top of the stairs, another bonus the 2nd Floor has beautiful carpet less than 2 years old.  4 Bedrooms and a full bath - recently updated makes a comfortable living space for a large family.
